The Awareness Day offers an excellent opportunity to learn more about brain health, prevention and healthy ageing, and to engage with organisations, experts and other interested visitors. At the centre of the event is the interactive Memory Radio Station, an installation supported by Lilly that invites visitors to explore memory, personal recollections and cognitive health in new ways.
Visitors can share personal memories, connect songs with meaningful moments and use generative AI to visualise selected memories. Information on brain health and Alzheimer’s disease will also be available.
The event marks the beginning of International Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. Alongside memory and cognitive health, it will address topics such as prevention, sleep, stress and healthy ageing.
BrainHealth will use the event as an opportunity to engage with interested members of the public, relatives and professionals, and to provide insights into the project’s work. We look forward to many conversations and encounters throughout the day.
