“Gesundheit Österreich” plays a central role in coordinating and supporting Austria’s national dementia strategy. Through cross sector collaboration and strategic development, it contributes to dementia awareness, prevention, and dementia sensitive care.

Dementia Self Help Austria is the national umbrella organisation for self help groups and support initiatives for people with cognitive changes, dementia, and those close to them. It promotes exchange, visibility, participation, and person centred approaches through lived experience.
